The Global Estonia company network: who invoices, where the money goes

Last updated: · Register data last checked:

“Global Estonia” is a brand; the companies that sell the service, issue the invoice and receive the money are separate legal entities. Aşkın Yıldız is board member and shareholder of nine Estonian companies, five of them with € 1 in capital (three founded in 2025), eight of them registered at the same Tallinn address. In the reported cases the customer paid a different company’s account every year and the counterparty changed every year. Below: the structure of the network, how it operates and why that raises suspicion. Registry data from the Estonian Business Register and Äripäev Radar; complaint details from documents shared by customers. Nine companies tied to one person and an invoicing company that changes every year raise suspicion when read together with the reported complaints (opinion). The four active companies’ profit has been near zero for years; figures on the financial statements page.

Why nine companies? Signs that raise suspicion

One person running nine separate Estonian companies for a brand that essentially sells one service (company formation + contact person + accounting) is, from the customer’s point of view, a set-up that raises questions (opinion). What the registry and the reported cases show:

  • Nine companies, one shareholder, one address. Eight are registered at Viru väljak 2; Sazara OÜ’s registered address is abroad (United Kingdom) with its contact person at Viru väljak 2; most are 100 % owned by Aşkın Yıldız.
  • Five with € 1 in capital, three in a single year. Quintum, Companify, Omtechpro, Applianz and Nexrion OÜ were founded with € 1 in capital (since 2023 the legal floor is € 0.01 per shareholder); the last three in 2025; Omtechpro and Applianz are already overdue with their 2025 report (due 30 June 2026), Nexrion’s first report is not yet due. Quintum and Companify, which invoice customers, also have € 1 in capital.
  • Names unrelated to the service. Trendclothing, Applianz, Omtechpro, Nexrion: names that suggest clothing, appliances, technology; none has any visible link to accounting or company formation.
  • The invoicing company changes every year. In the reported cases, different legal entities from period to period for the same service to the same customer; the licence sits in JusTrust, the money in another company.
  • Revenue split nine ways. No single company’s statements show the brand’s real size; in debt recovery the counterparty vanishes.

(Opinion: this structure looks designed not for service quality but to spread liability and blur the customer’s counterparty. The way Aşkın Yıldız operates through nine companies gives the impression of a set-up that switches company as it suits it and whose reliability is questionable. If there is a legitimate explanation, it will be published on the right of reply page.)

How the network is built

What the nine companies share is the same shareholder and, for eight of them, the same registered address (Viru väljak 2, Tallinn; Sazara OÜ’s registered address is abroad and it uses that address for its contact person); in the reported cases the four invoicing companies wrote from the same two e-mail addresses (the owner’s and customer relations); two of them appear on globalestonia.com. But the face shown to the customer changes every year:

  • JusTrust OÜ: the FIU-licensed company-formation provider; the brand’s “licensed” label comes from here. The contact-person service is invoiced by this company in some periods.
  • Companify OÜ: founded in 2024; in some periods the contact-person invoice comes from here.
  • Sazara OÜ: introduced in e-mails as the group’s accounting firm; document portal sazara.ee. The accounting invoice comes from here in some periods.
  • Quintum OÜ: founded in 2024; in some periods the accounting invoice comes from here, and globalestonia.com shows it as the accounting company.
  • Adelianz, Trendclothing, Omtechpro, Applianz, Nexrion OÜ: the same person’s other companies; three founded in 2025; five of the nine (including Companify and Quintum) have € 1 in capital.

Result: the customer believes they are dealing with “Global Estonia”, but which company the contract (if any) is with, which company owes the refund and which company to sue is never clear from the start. The licence sits in one company, the money in another, the service in a third.

Movements in the register that look suspicious

The following are facts readable from the register, the FIU list and the reported cases; comments are marked as opinion.

  • Same service, a different legal entity from period to period. In the reported cases the contact-person invoice came from JusTrust or Companify, the accounting invoice from Sazara or Quintum. Two of the invoicing companies have € 1 in capital and have not filed their first report.
  • The accounting company’s registered address is abroad. Sazara OÜ’s registered address is in the United Kingdom; the Tallinn address is for its contact person only. The other eight companies share the same Tallinn address.
  • Activity codes do not match the service. A contact-person and accounting service; in the register, companies coded for retail intermediation, software publishing, information services and computer consultancy. Only two carry an accounting code.
  • Three new € 1 companies in one year. In 2025 Omtechpro (March), Applianz (April) and Nexrion (October); two are already overdue with their first report.
  • Six companies have not filed their 2025 report, and past reports were filed three months to a year and a half late (details on the Affected page).
  • The licence sits in one company. The “licensed provider” pitch rests only on JusTrust OÜ’s licence; no licence appears in the FIU list for the other invoicing companies.

(Opinion: each of these movements may be explainable on its own; read together, the picture is a structure that deliberately leaves the customer unsure who their counterparty is and where their money goes. Any explanation from the company will be published on the right-of-reply page.)

Payments to different accounts every year: why it raises suspicion

In the reported cases, payment for the same services was requested to different companies’ IBANs. The customer is given no reason; whichever company issues the invoice gets paid.

What this means for the customer:

  1. No counterparty. When you write about a refund or a missing delivery, the invoicing company may “no longer provide that service”, and the new company has no contract with you.
  2. Debt recovery gets harder. A payment-order application must name the right debtor entity; with a different company every year, that means separate proceedings every year.
  3. No capital, no history. Collecting a claim from a newly founded company with no financial track record is difficult in practice; once it is dissolved the claim goes with it.
  4. The financials are scattered. Revenue is spread across nine companies, so no single company’s statements show the brand’s real size; compare on the financial statements page.

(Opinion: being asked to pay a different account every year for the same service is, on its own, reason enough to demand a written contract before paying this group.)

How they operate

In the reported complaints the process always runs in the same order.

First contact. The customer writes; the reply comes in Turkish and the company presents itself as a licensed provider offering service in Turkish. Accounting is offered only together with the contact person + virtual address service. The fee is explained on a per-transaction scale; every invoice and every bank movement counts as one. An online introductory call takes place; after that, communication is by e-mail.

Payment and invoices. Payment confirmations arrive the same day; answers to questions about quotes and documents can take weeks. Payment is requested to a different company’s account from period to period. No written contract is provided.

Document process. Documents are uploaded to the sazara.ee portal; customer relations says they have been forwarded to the accountant; the accountant never writes directly. The accountant counts the transactions; no breakdown is given.

Zoom and appointments. The promised Zoom support in practice means unconfirmed appointments, calls joined late or not resumed after a drop, and meetings postponed without a new date.

After payment. Response times grow; delays are explained with changing reasons.

When the dispute grows. The correspondence uses the words suspicious transaction, report to the FIU, fine and heavy sanctions; reminders that they are licensed and will report.

Outcome. The work drags on or stays unfinished; with no written refund terms, refund requests are refused; later e-mails go unanswered.

Why you should not work with them: the reported flaws

The list that emerges from the complaints, point by point:

  • Inconsistent prices. Different prices for the same service at successive renewals; a different explanation each time; no breakdown.
  • Extra charges. State fees and extra charges arising in registry steps passed on to the customer.
  • No contract. No signed service agreement, delivery date or price list.
  • A different counterparty every year. Invoice and payment account change company every year; the company to ask for a refund is unclear.
  • No-shows on Zoom. Appointments unconfirmed, calls joined late or not resumed after a drop.
  • E-mails answered late. Same day before payment, weeks after; the last ones never.
  • Ghosting after payment. E-mail frequency drops after payment and finally stops.
  • Sanction talk. A customer who objects is told about an FIU report, fines, heavy sanctions.
  • An invisible accountant. No name, no e-mail, no call; when an error appears, nobody is responsible.

(Opinion: this is not the picture of an accounting firm but of a group of companies that does business as it pleases, changes prices and rules according to the customer and falls short of professional standards. Its reliability is questionable; the risk is higher for founders living outside Estonia who depend on their contact person.)

In short: no contract, hence no obligation; a customer who objects can be ignored, paid-for work can be left unfinished. The “licensed” pitch rests only on JusTrust OÜ’s anti-money-laundering activity licence (confirmed on the FIU list on 11 Sep 2026); it says nothing about service quality, and which services it covers should be asked. In the reported cases all contact was by e-mail and Zoom, remotely. (Opinion: a set-up that charges customers living outside Estonia high fees on the promise of representation on the ground and leaves the work unfinished is far from professional. One should not work with these companies.)

Verify the data yourself

You do not have to take our word for the registry information on this page:

  • Estonian Business Register: ariregister.rik.ee: search by company name or registry code; shareholders, board, capital, address, annual reports and late filings are shown.
  • Äripäev Radar: Aşkın Yıldız’s companies: all companies linked to the person, revenue and debt data on one page.
  • Rahapesu Andmebüroo (FIU): list of licensed providers via fiu.ee: see which activity JusTrust OÜ’s licence covers; a licence is not a guarantee of accounting quality or of refunds.
