Is Global Estonia (Global Estonya) legit?

Last updated: · Register data last checked:

This page does not give a one-word answer to “Is Global Estonia legit?”; it brings together the verifiable information you need to decide: public records, what the provider says on its own website and the complaint types reported by customers. Facts are sourced, assessments are marked as opinion.

Short answer

  • Licence: there is a company service licence, but only at JusTrust OÜ (FIU000395). The other invoicing companies have no licence entry.
  • Register: of nine companies linked to the same person, six have not filed their 2025 annual report, five have € 1 capital, and a company selling accounting reported zero employees.
  • Prices and terms: formation and address package prices are published; the price of compulsory accounting and refund terms are not.
  • Reported complaints: no written contract or refund terms, price increases at renewal, unanswered e-mails, sanction talk after objections.

(Opinion: this picture points to an inconsistent way of working that falls short of professional standards; the company’s reliability is questionable. If you are considering it, run the checks below yourself and get every term in writing.)

What the public records say

According to the e-Business Register and the MTR (September 2026):

All public-record cards: Register & licence.

What the provider says about itself

The provider’s website (globalestonia.com, 13 Sep 2026) states licence FIU000395, 200+ companies formed since 2021, a € 310 formation fee and € 200 a year for address and contact person. The same page says accounting is “required of every client, provided by Quintum OÜ” and that the address package is non-refundable once the annual term commences; no price is given for the accounting packages. The licence statement is correct: the licence entry is visible in the MTR. (Opinion: a licence held by one company while invoices and compulsory accounting come from others makes it questionable how much assurance the “licensed provider” pitch gives the customer.) What customers report

Reported complaints fall into five types: pricing (no published accounting tariff, renewal increases, extra fees), contract & refund (nothing in writing), communication (unanswered e-mails, unconfirmed appointments), objections & pressure (sanction talk) and register & licence records. Cards describe a complaint type rather than one incident.

How to check it yourself

  1. Open the company that will invoice you on ariregister: annual report status, capital, employee count, address.
  2. Look up the licence number in the MTR and check whether the licence holder is the invoicing company.
  3. Ask for the accounting price, scope, refund and termination terms in one written document.
  4. Compare the same scope with the published packages on the e-Residency Marketplace.
  5. Get an exit plan for the contact person and documents in writing from the start.
