About this site
This site collects documented customer complaints about the Global Estonia brand and the companies behind it. Its purpose is to let anyone considering these companies read what happened before deciding.
Sources and method
- Company and person data: Estonian Business Register (ariregister.rik.ee) and Äripäev Radar (public records, access date shown under each table).
- Incidents: e-mails, invoices and payment receipts shared by customers; to protect their identity, verbatim quotes, exact dates and amounts are not published.
- Facts, not adjectives: instead of labels, we write what was paid, what was not delivered, who wrote what.
- Statements of opinion are marked as such.
- Licence: Register of Economic Activities (MTR, mtr.ttja.ee); fee and service statements: the provider’s own website (globalestonia.com); comparison prices: e-Residency Marketplace.
Verification and evidence
- Public-record cards are taken from the e-Business Register, MTR and the provider’s own website; each card shows a “Last verified” date and a screenshot.
- Weekly comparison: these records are re-read automatically every week and compared with the values on the site; if something changes, the card is updated and the change is dated in Updates.
- Evidence archive: every month a raw copy of the source pages is automatically kept with its date and SHA-256 hash; it can be produced to authorities and, under the right of reply, to the company.
- Graphics are summaries prepared by this site; the source is shown under each graphic.
- Guides are general information, not legal advice.
Who runs this site
This site is an independent effort that collects the documents of customers who had problems with the companies named; the identity of the person running it is not disclosed because of the risk of retaliation. The documents are kept by the author and are produced to authorities. The site carries no advertising, has no connection to any competing firm and recommends no product or service. Its only purpose is that anyone considering these companies can read documented experiences beforehand.
Editorial principles
- Customer identities are not published; cases are written in the third person.
- Third-party personal data (ID numbers, home address, phone, family) is not published; only business roles and public registry data.
- Undocumented claims are not published.
- Every page shows its last-updated date; developments are added with dates to Updates. The “Reported by” names on complaint cards are pseudonyms; real names, company names and identifying details are not published. The star rating is the reporter’s own assessment, not a ranking or an official score. Pseudonyms stand for a report, not for a head count; different pseudonyms do not mean different people, and several cards and case records may rest on the same customer relationship.
Corrections and right of reply
If the companies or persons named wish to respond, the reply is published unedited on the Right of reply page. Any statement disproved by documents is corrected, with the date noted. Contact: contact@globalestonia-complaints.com.
