JusTrust OÜ filed its 2021 and 2022 reports on 24 Jan 2024 and its 2024 report on 19 Sep 2025; Adelianz and Trendclothing OÜ filed their 2022 reports on 12 Mar 2024 and their 2024 reports on 21 Sep 2025. The statutory deadline for all of them was 30 June of the following year. (Opinion: a structure that reminds customers of late-filing penalties while filing its own reports months, and once nearly a year and a half, late is inconsistent.)

The accounting company Sazara OÜ has its registered address outside Estonia (United Kingdom)

Sazara OÜ (16293205), which issues Global Estonia’s accounting invoices, has its registered address in the United Kingdom; Viru väljak 2, Tallinn is only its contact-person address. The other eight companies are registered at Viru väljak 2. (Opinion: for a structure that sells local representation in Estonia, moving the accounting company’s registered address abroad contradicts the essence of what the customer pays for.)

Reported complaint types

• Global Estonia gives no refund terms: full prepayment, no written refund conditions
• Global Estonia pricing: a different price for the same service every year
• Arbitrary pricing: no published list, quotes depend on the person and the day
• Unclear scope: work assumed to be included is charged separately later
• Late to Zoom calls, appointments never confirmed
• Meetings cancelled or postponed and forgotten
• Fees by “number of transactions”; they do the counting and never show the breakdown
• No breakdown on the invoice: period, scope and calculation unexplained
• Global Estonia gives no contract: nothing in writing, no breakdown, no clear counterparty
• No professional way of working: no clear point of contact, no commitments, follow-up left to the customer
• Sanction talk towards anyone who objects: pressure through dependence
• The accountant never writes directly; everything via an intermediary, everything late
• The same documents requested again and again; the process restarts
• No delivery date: nobody says when the work will be done
• JusTrust, Companify, Sazara, Quintum OÜ: a different account every year
• The renewal calendar sits with the customer, not the company: rushed as the deadline nears
• Global Estonia does not reply: payment mails same day, questions wait weeks
• Counter-claims instead of an explanation: licence reminders and talk of reporting
• No complaints channel: no unit, process or form for objections
• Ghosted after paying: the last e-mails are never answered
• Promised local representation, delivered remotely: the provider is not on the ground either
