★☆☆☆☆1.2/5 · 30 complaint cards · ratings are the reporter’s own assessment, not independent reviews
Global Estonia (marketed in Turkish as Global Estonya) is a brand selling company formation, contact-person and accounting services in Estonia. Behind it stand JusTrust OÜ, Quintum OÜ, Sazara OÜ, Companify OÜ and nine companies in total, all with Aşkın Yıldız as board member and shareholder. Its customers are mostly Turkish-speaking founders who do not live in Estonia and run their company remotely. This page lists the complaints reported about these companies one by one: a paid service never delivered, a refused refund, a price that changes every year, unanswered e-mails, missed Zoom calls and sanction talk towards anyone who objects. Exact dates, amounts and quotations are withheld to protect identities; documents are shared with the authorities and with the company under the right of reply. From the register: the four active companies have ≈€ 110,000 in combined revenue and ≈€ 5,200 in combined profit; neither profit nor loss for years. (Opinion: this is contrary to the ordinary course of business and makes the companies suspicious in itself.) Figures: financial statements.
Had a problem with them?Report it: you can stay anonymous. Pseudonyms and stars stand for a report, not a head count; several cards may rest on the same customer relationship.
The common pattern
Read together, the reported complaints tell a story that runs in the same order every time:
Before payment: same-day replies, Zoom support, the pitch of a licensed provider serving in Turkish, a low starting price.
After payment: replies stretch from days to weeks; the accountant never writes directly; documents are requested again.
At renewal: a markedly higher price than last year for the same service; a different explanation each time.
When you object: no explanation, but counter-accusations (suspicious transactions, a report to the FIU, fines, heavy sanctions; reminders that they are licensed and will report).
The end: the expected result does not come, there is no written refund path, the last e-mails go unanswered.
What the customers have in common is that they do not live in Estonia: they depend on the contact person for registry, court and official mail, cannot follow up on site. (Opinion: the company knows this dependence; this is not a one-off slip but a way of working that repeats every year.)
The pattern repeated in the reported complaints (graphic)

There is no published tariff for accounting: the provider’s website (September 2026) lists only the formation fee and the address/contact-person package, accounting is “on the selected package” and no package amounts are given; the quote is formed in that day’s correspondence and does not say what is included. …

These companies’ customers are mostly Turkish-speaking founders who set up a company through e-Residency and have never, or rarely, been to Estonia. Their shared weakness: without an Estonian legal address (or, if the address is abroad, a contact person) their company cannot stay in the register; official mail goes to that address; the penalty for a late annual report can be imposed on the company and on the board member personally; they do not have to be in Estonia to go to court, but most do not know that. Changing provider takes time, and the deadlines keep running meanwhile.
That dependence gives the provider leverage: in the reported cases the price goes up at renewal, a customer who objects is kept waiting, the refund is closed before the work is delivered. A customer living in Estonia can knock on the door and complain in person; the remote customer waits for e-mails. (Opinion: that the same complaints recur year after year suggests the problem is structural, not individual.) If this is your situation, see the affected customers page and report it.
Pre-contract checklist (topics with no report on this site)
The items below have no documented report on this site yet, but are common problem types with providers selling company formation and accounting in Estonia. If you experienced any of them with Global Estonia / Global Estonya or its companies, report it; every verified report is added as a separate complaint.
No support after incorporation. Once the formation fee is paid, no answer, or a new fee for every step, when help is needed with the e-Residency card, e-signature, registry entries or the Emta (tax board) registration.
VAT number and other applications. VAT (KMKR), EORI or activity-licence applications dragging on for weeks; the outcome never communicated to the customer.
Bank / payment account promises. “We will open the bank account too” during the sale, then no account, or a separate and expensive fee for it.
Late-filing penalty left with the customer. Report filed late although documents were supplied on time; the penalty imposed by the registry passed on to the customer; no responsibility accepted.
Faulty report. Wrong figures or missing disclosures in the filed annual report; a new fee demanded for the correction.
Documents withheld on leaving. Ledgers, trial balance and the document archive not handed over when switching accountant; access to the document portal cut off.
Contact-person change obstructed. An extra fee or delays for removing the contact-person entry from the registry; meanwhile the company flagged as having no contact person.
Unreachable. No answer by phone or WhatsApp; the only channel an e-mail that stays unanswered for weeks.
No validity period for quotes. A written quote raised within weeks as “updated”.
“Urgent” surcharges. As the registry deadline approaches, the report can only be finished for an extra fee.
Company closure (liquidation) fees. A customer wanting to close the company asked for a multiple of the formation fee; the unclosed company keeps accumulating penalties.
Pressure for reviews. Positive reviews requested while the service is ongoing; service cut off for anyone who writes a negative one.
Personal data handling. ID, address and bank documents requested or shared over insecure channels (e.g. chat apps).
This list is not an allegation but a checklist: ask for a written answer on every item before you sign.

Frequently asked questions
Is Global Estonia (Global Estonya) reliable?
This site does not give a reliability score; it puts the reported complaints next to the registry records. In the reported cases the paid report was not delivered, the refund was refused, the correspondence mentioned an FIU report and heavy sanctions, Zoom appointments were not confirmed or calls were joined late and payment was requested to a different company’s account every year. Our opinion: an inconsistent group of companies that changes its prices, does business as it pleases and falls short of professional standards; its reliability is questionable. Read and decide for yourself. In short: no contract, no obligation, objections can be ignored, work can be left unfinished; one should not work with these companies (opinion). Moreover the four active companies’ profit has been near zero for years (≈€ 110,000 revenue, ≈€ 5,200 operating profit). (Opinion: a suspicious picture, contrary to the ordinary course of business.) Detailed assessment: Is Global Estonia legit?
Does Global Estonia give refunds?
There are no written refund or cancellation terms; reported refund requests were refused. Ask for refund and cancellation terms in writing before paying.
Which companies are behind Global Estonia?
JusTrust OÜ (16093920), Quintum OÜ (17024619), Sazara OÜ and Companify OÜ issue the invoices; Aşkın Yıldız is board member and shareholder of nine Estonian companies in total, five of them with € 1 in capital (three founded in 2025). In the reported cases payment was requested to a different company’s account every year. Full list and how the network works on the Company network page.
Is Global Estonia the same as VFS Global Estonia (visas) or the “Global Estonian” programmes?
No. Global Estonia / Global Estonya (globalestonia.com) is a private brand selling company formation, contact-person and accounting services in Estonia; the records reviewed on this site show no link to VFS Global, which handles Estonian visa applications. This site has nothing to do with visas; for a visa, use Estonia’s official application channels. Programmes known as “Global Estonian” (summer school, internships) are not the subject of this site either.
Why does Aşkın Yıldız have nine companies, and is that suspicious?
According to the register Aşkın Yıldız is a shareholder in nine Estonian companies; five have € 1 in capital, three of them founded in 2025 (Omtechpro, Applianz, Nexrion); Omtechpro and Applianz are already overdue with their 2025 report; several company names (Trendclothing, Applianz, Omtechpro, Nexrion) have nothing to do with accounting or company formation. The same customer is invoiced for the same service from a different company every year. In our opinion this structure spreads liability, blurs the counterparty and makes debt recovery harder; it is a suspicious set-up. Details: Why nine companies?
Do the Global Estonia companies make a profit?
According to the register, barely: in the latest reports the four active companies had about € 110,000 in combined revenue and about € 5,200 in combined operating profit; the year before, three were at a loss or at zero. JusTrust’s revenue fell 63 % in two years; Adelianz reported € 38,903 in labour costs against € 39,312 in revenue for 2024. As of 12 Sep 2026, six of the nine companies (including the accounting company Quintum OÜ and Companify OÜ) had not filed their 2025 reports due 30 June 2026. Figures and sources on the financial statements page.
How is Global Estonia’s accounting fee calculated?
From the number of transactions on a written scale (every invoice and every bank movement counts as one). The company counts; no itemised breakdown is given. In the reported cases different amounts were asked for the same kind of documents at successive renewals.
What can I expect after paying Global Estonia?
In the reported complaints, response times after payment stretch from days to weeks and then months; the accountant never writes directly; the last e-mails go unanswered (“ghosting”). Before paying, ask for a written contract, a delivery date and an itemised price; if they will not give them, that is an answer.
Can I verify this information myself?
Yes. Company records, shareholders, capital and annual reports are public in the Estonian Business Register (ariregister.rik.ee) and on Äripäev Radar; the FIU licence can be looked up on the Rahapesu Andmebüroo website. Every registry fact on this site is based on those sources.
Where can I find Global Estonia reviews and complaints?
This page collects the complaints reported about Global Estonia / Global Estonya and the companies behind it one by one; the affected customers page holds the public-record cases and the list of reported complaint types. If you have your own experience, report it; verified reports are added as separate complaints. Identities and company names are not published.
Who owns Global Estonia? Who is Aşkın Yıldız?
Aşkın Yıldız is the owner and CEO of the Global Estonia / Global Estonya brand. According to the Estonian Business Register he is board member and shareholder of nine companies including JusTrust OÜ, Quintum OÜ, Sazara OÜ and Companify OÜ. Details: Who is Aşkın Yıldız.
What does Global Estonia’s FIU licence mean?
JusTrust OÜ’s licence FIU000395 is an activity licence issued by the Estonian supervisory authority (Rahapesu Andmebüroo) to company-formation service providers. It covers compliance with anti-money-laundering duties only; it guarantees nothing about accounting quality, delivery times or refunds. In the FIU licence register (accessed 12 Sep 2026) this licence appears only under JusTrust OÜ; no licence is listed for Quintum, Sazara or Companify OÜ.
Does Global Estonia sign a written contract?
Not in the reported cases: the service was sold by e-mail quote and invoice; no signed service agreement, price list or delivery date was provided. Which company was responsible could only be read off the invoice. Ask for a contract, an itemised price and a delivery date before paying.
What are Sazara OÜ and Quintum OÜ?
Both are Aşkın Yıldız’s companies. Sazara OÜ is introduced in e-mails as the group’s accounting firm and runs the document portal sazara.ee; Quintum OÜ was founded in 2024 and appears on globalestonia.com as the accounting company. In the reported cases the accounting invoice came from one or the other depending on the year.
What is the contact-person service and how do I switch provider?
Since 1 February 2023 a contact person is mandatory only if the company’s registered address is outside Estonia (Commercial Register Act § 24); before that it was required whenever the board lived abroad. It must be a notary, law office, auditor or FIU-licensed service provider registered in the Business Register, and official notices are served to that address; most e-residents buy the Estonian address and the contact person as one package. To switch, agree with a new provider and update the entry via the e-Business Register; the old provider’s consent is not needed. Do not delay: the register warns companies with no contact person.
What happens to my company if I stop working with Global Estonia?
Nothing happens to the company by itself; the obligations (annual report, contact person, tax returns) stay with you and continue with another provider. But do not leave the contact-person entry empty: the register warns companies without one. When switching accountant, ask for the previous year’s documents and trial balance; if a paid report was never delivered, the new accountant has to start from scratch.
Can I get my money back?
In the reported cases the company refused a refund. The route: a written notice (date, amount, delivery or refund within 14 days); then a payment-order application (maksekäsu kiirmenetlus) for the documented claim: via e-toimik, up to € 8,000, no need to be in Estonia. If you paid by card, also check your bank’s chargeback window. Details: Report a complaint.
What happens if the annual report is late?
In Estonia the annual report (majandusaasta aruanne) must be filed within six months of the end of the financial year. If it is late, the register first warns, then fines the company and its board member; a company that fails to file for a long time can be deleted from the register. If your provider is late, the liability still rests with you; so do not keep waiting for the provider.
Is this site independent? Who runs it?
Yes. The site is an independent effort collecting the documents of customers who had problems with the companies named; it carries no advertising, has no link to a competitor and recommends no service. The identity of the person running it is not disclosed because of the risk of retaliation; documents are produced to authorities. Details: About this site.
Has Global Estonia responded to the claims on this site?
A right of reply page is open to the company and the persons named; replies are published unchanged, and statements refuted with documents are corrected. Any reply will appear there and in the updates.
What should I look for when choosing a company-formation and accounting provider in Estonia?
A written contract and delivery date; an itemised price list including the renewal price; the name and registry code of the company that will invoice you (it should not change every year); direct contact with the accountant; a listing on the e-Residency Marketplace and the feedback there; quotes from at least three providers. Ask for a written commitment on response times after payment. Costs and steps: company formation in Estonia.
I have a problem with Global Estonia; what can I do?
First change your company’s contact person and accountant; the late-filing penalty can be imposed on the company and its board member. Send a written notice for the paid, undelivered service, then apply for a payment order (maksekäsu kiirmenetlus, via e-toimik, up to € 8,000) for the documented claim. The FIU only supervises anti-money-laundering duties and does not handle refund disputes. Step by step: Report a complaint.
