Who is Aşkın Yıldız?

Last updated: · Register data last checked:

Aşkın Yıldız is the owner and CEO of the Global Estonia / Global Estonya brand. According to the Estonian Business Register he is board member and shareholder of nine companies including JusTrust OÜ, Quintum OÜ, Sazara OÜ and Companify OÜ (100 % in most of them). He reaches Turkish-speaking founders who do not live in Estonia with the promise of service in Turkish and Zoom support. Below: registry records, the working style reported by customers and a summary of what he writes. The four active companies he runs have shown near-zero profit for years; figures on the financial statements page. (This page is about Aşkın Yıldız (Askin Yildiz), board member of the Global Estonia companies in Estonia; it has nothing to do with other people of the same name.)

Who he is

Aşkın Yıldız sends his e-mails with a signature giving the title CEO and the address Viru väljak 2, Tallinn, from hello@globalestonia.com. He presents himself as the owner of the company and as someone who has set up companies for many customers over the years. He approaches customers with the promise of service in Turkish and Zoom support.

In the reported cases the pattern in the e-mails sent on the company’s behalf, under his own signature or from the customer-relations address, is this: when the customer asks about price, timing or missing work, the reply is not an explanation but a counter-claim; the customer is reminded that the company is licensed and has formed many companies. As the dispute grows the tone hardens: suspicious transaction, a report to the supervisory authority, fines and heavy sanctions. These sentences are written while the delivery of work that has already been paid for is being discussed. In the reported cases the correspondence ends with the refund refused and the customer’s later e-mails unanswered.

(Opinion: one person managing nine companies, several with clothing- and technology-sounding names and two already overdue with their first report, and invoicing the same customer from a different company every year, is a picture that raises suspicion when read together with the reported complaints. The registry data is public; any explanation will be published on the right-of-reply page.)

Working style: what customers report

  • Late to Zoom calls. The time given is not confirmed, the link arrives late, the call is joined late; no new date is proposed.
  • Appointments not confirmed. The customer asks for a slot; no reply, or the call is postponed.
  • Late replies to e-mails. Same day before payment, weeks after; the excuse changes every time.
  • Ghosting after payment. Once the money is in, e-mail frequency drops; the last e-mails are never answered.
  • A different company and account every year. The IBAN for the same service changes every year, with no explanation.
  • Prices by negotiation. No list; a marked increase at renewal, a different explanation each time; no breakdown.
  • Sanction talk in reply to objections. FIU, fines, heavy sanctions; reminders that they are licensed and will report.

These are recurring observations compiled from the reported complaints; the documents are on file.

Notable movements in the register

From the public register, with dates:

  • Nine companies between 2018 and 2025: Adelianz (17 Jul 2018), JusTrust (9 Nov 2020), Sazara (16 Aug 2021), Trendclothing (4 Feb 2022), Quintum (8 Jul 2024), Companify (24 Jul 2024), Omtechpro (31 Mar 2025), Applianz (15 Apr 2025), Nexrion (29 Oct 2025). Board member in all; 100 % shareholder in eight.
  • The last five companies have € 1 in capital; Companify and Quintum, which invoice customers, are among them.
  • Company names unrelated to the service: names evoking clothing, software and technology; the activity codes likewise.
  • The accounting company’s registered address is abroad (Sazara OÜ, United Kingdom); he holds 50 % of that company.
  • Reports filed late: the 2021–2022 reports of several of the companies he runs were filed in 2024, the 2024 reports in September 2025; six companies’ 2025 reports are still unfiled.
  • “200+ companies” with one employee: his website says 200+ companies formed; JusTrust has reported one employee for five years, Sazara zero in 2025.

(Opinion: this sequence of movements is the picture of a structure run by one person that shows the customer a different face every period; read together with the reported complaints, it raises suspicion. The registry data is public; any explanation will be published on the right-of-reply page.)

Assessment

(Opinion.) Read together, the registry records and the reported complaints show this picture: nine companies, one person, a different invoice and account every year; a way of working that changes prices and rules according to the customer, does not confirm appointments, goes quiet after payment and talks about heavy sanctions to anyone who objects. That is the picture of an inconsistent group of companies that does business as it pleases and falls short of professional standards; its reliability is questionable. The registry data can be verified at ariregister.rik.ee and on Äripäev Radar; if he wishes to respond, the right of reply page is open.

(Opinion, continued.) The presentation is professional, the practice is not: no written contract is given, hence no enforceable obligation; a customer who objects can be ignored; paid-for work is left unfinished. The “licensed” label rests only on JusTrust’s anti-money-laundering licence and has nothing to do with accounting quality. In the reported cases all contact was remote. Founders living outside Estonia should not work with a set-up that charges high fees on the promise of representation on the ground. Four active companies showing neither profit nor loss for years are contrary to the ordinary course of business; that picture alone is suspicious.
