Adelianz OÜ: 4 employees, average € 606 a month each, revenue melting into labour costs
Aşkın Yıldız’s company with the highest revenue in the latest report, Adelianz OÜ (reg. 14527107, activity code 63921 “other information services”), reported € 38,903 in labour costs and 4 employees against € 39,312 in revenue for 2024; the average monthly gross wage estimated by Äripäev Radar is € 606; over four full-time equivalents that is below Estonia’s full-time minimum wage (2024: € 820) if all four are full-time; part-time work is legal. Revenue was € 94,152 in 2021, fell to € 12,687 in 2023 and rose again in 2024. (Opinion: an average wage that works out below the minimum, zero profit and revenue swinging threefold from year to year are signs of a structure through which income is distributed, not of a steady service business.)
