Complaint
The accounting company Quintum OÜ did not file its own annual report on time
Quintum OÜ (reg. 17024619), shown by Global Estonia as its accounting company and issuing the accounting invoices, had a first financial year of 8 Jul 2024–31 Dec 2025 with a filing deadline of 30 Jun 2026. As of 11 Sep 2026 the Business Register shows “Esitamata” (not filed). The same applies to Companify OÜ (17034960), which in the reported cases issued the contact-person invoices; Adelianz, Trendclothing, Omtechpro and Applianz OÜ are also overdue with their 2025 reports (register, 12 Sep 2026). An accounting provider that reminds customers of late-filing penalties and the risk of deletion from the register, while being late with its own report, is striking. (Opinion: that says enough about the seriousness of the service.)

How to verify it yourself
- Open Quintum OÜ (17024619) on ariregister and see whether the “non-submitted annual reports” warning is at the top.
- Read the status and due date of the 2025 row in the Annual reports box.
- Check the own report of the company invoicing your accounting in the same way.
Questions to ask the provider
- Why is the accounting company’s own annual report late?
- On what date do you plan to file my report?
- If there is a delay, on whom does the registry fine fall?
What to do about this type of complaint
