Adelianz’s equity is € 350: little to collect if a claim succeeds
According to the latest balance sheets in the register, Adelianz OÜ’s total equity is € 350, Trendclothing OÜ’s € 1,096, Sazara OÜ’s € 2,113, JusTrust OÜ’s € 9,722. Five companies have € 1 in capital and no financial data. Even a customer who obtains a payment order for a paid, undelivered service faces a legal entity with equity between a few hundred and a few thousand euros. (Opinion: combined with invoicing from a different company every year, this reads as a structure in which a claim cannot be collected.) Figures: financial statements.

How to verify it yourself
- On ariregister, check the equity (Omakapital) line in the balance sheet of Adelianz OÜ’s (14527107) latest annual report.
- Compare share capital with equity.
- Check the same line for the company that invoices you.
Questions to ask the provider
- What are the share capital and latest balance-sheet equity of the company invoicing me?
- Do you have professional liability insurance, and in which company’s name?
- If an error occurs, against which legal entity is a claim made?
