JusTrust OÜ, whose website claims “200+ companies formed”, reports one employee for five years
Global Estonia’s licensed company-formation provider JusTrust OÜ (reg. 16093920) reported 1 full-time-equivalent employee every year from 2021 to 2025. Over the same period revenue fell from € 46,466 to € 21,748; labour costs were € 35,542 in 2023 and € 10,660 in 2025. The company’s own website shows “200+” companies formed and “operating since 2021” (globalestonia.com, accessed 12 Sep 2026). (Opinion: a one-employee company with shrinking revenue cannot plausibly provide contact-person, registry and accounting coordination to 200+ customers; either the pitch is exaggerated or the work is largely done by resources outside this company’s own staff.)
How to verify it yourself
- Open JusTrust OÜ (16093920) on ariregister and check the average employee count in the latest annual report PDFs.
- Compare revenue and labour costs for the same years.
- Put the result next to the number of “companies formed” on the provider’s own website.
Questions to ask the provider
- Who actually runs the contact-person and address service, and in which company are they employed?
- Who follows official correspondence, and how quickly is it forwarded to you?
- How large is the team relative to the number of clients?
