Nine companies, near-zero profit: income melts into labour costs, revenues fall
According to the latest reports in the register, the four active companies had about € 110,000 in combined revenue and about € 5,200 in combined operating profit; the year before, three were at a loss or at zero. Adelianz reported € 38,903 in labour costs and € 153 in profit against € 39,312 in revenue for 2024. JusTrust’s revenue fell 63 % from 2023 to 2025. The other five companies have € 1 in capital and no financial data. (Opinion: for a brand whose own website claims 200+ companies formed, producing no profit for years is contrary to the ordinary course of business; where the customers’ money goes cannot be traced in a structure spread across nine companies.) All figures: financial statements.

How to verify it yourself
- Search the company’s registry code on ariregister.rik.ee and open the latest report PDF from the Annual reports box.
- Compare the revenue (Müügitulu) and operating profit (Ärikasum) lines in the income statement.
- Repeat the check for the other companies of the same person via the Connections tab.
Questions to ask the provider
- Which company delivers the service, and when was its latest annual report filed?
- Into which legal entity’s account do customer payments go?
- In which company are the people doing the accounting employed?
