What the public records show

The cards of this type are not customer reports but public records anyone can verify. According to the e-Business Register, six of the nine companies linked to the same board member have not filed their 2025 annual report although the deadline (30 June 2026) has passed; five were founded with € 1 capital; the four active companies that filed reports show combined operating profit of about € 5,200 on about € 110,000 revenue. Sazara OÜ, which sells accounting services, reported zero employees for 2025 and has its registered address in the United Kingdom. According to the MTR register, the company service licence is held only by JusTrust OÜ; there is no entry for Companify, Quintum or Sazara. Each card shows a last-verified date and a screenshot, and the records are rechecked weekly. To look yourself: how to read ariregister. (Opinion: buying services from companies that file their own reports late, have no employees and € 1 capital increases the customer’s risk.)

Frequently asked questions

Where does this information come from?

All of it is taken, with dates, from the Estonian e-Business Register (ariregister.rik.ee), the Register of Economic Activities (MTR) and the provider’s own website. Each card shows its last-verified date; you can open the same records yourself by registry code.

Is Global Estonia licensed?

According to the MTR register, JusTrust OÜ holds company service licence FIU000395 (since 3 March 2021). There is no licence entry for Companify, Quintum or Sazara OÜ in the same network. No separate licence is needed for accounting services in Estonia.

Is it a problem to work with a company that has not filed its report?

A report still unfiled after the deadline can lead to registry fines and, if prolonged, to deletion proceedings. A provider delaying its own report is a warning sign, because it may show the same discipline with yours (opinion).
