Complaint
The accountant never writes directly; everything via an intermediary, everything late
In the reported cases documents go to the portal; customer relations says they have been forwarded to the accountant; the accountant’s questions arrive days later through the intermediary; the customer’s answer goes back the same way. No direct call, no e-mail, no name for the accountant. One question takes weeks to travel there and back. Who said what and who counted what is never clear. When an error appears there is nobody responsible either: that is how the accountant counted, they say.
This card describes a complaint type rather than one incident; details may vary from report to report.

How to recognise this situation
- The name of the person preparing the report never appears.
- Your accounting questions are answered through an intermediary, with delays.
- A request to speak to the accountant directly is not met.
Questions to ask the provider
- Which accountant does my company’s accounting, and what is their direct e-mail?
- In which company does the accountant work?
- Can I talk to the accountant directly about technical questions?
What to do about this type of complaint
Ask for the name and direct e-mail of the person preparing the report; confirm every call in a dated message. If replies stop, send one written formal notice and make sure your company’s registry and tax access no longer sits with the provider.
