Complaint
Global Estonia pricing: a different price for the same service every year
In the reported cases a low amount is charged in the first year; no written price list or discount condition is given. At the next renewal a markedly higher invoice arrives for the same kind of documents; when challenged, a different explanation is given each time. The same service, a different price at every renewal, and never an itemised breakdown. (Opinion: the price is set by the day’s negotiation, not by a price list.)
This card describes a complaint type rather than one incident; details may vary from report to report.

How to recognise this situation
- The renewal invoice is markedly higher than last year’s and does not say why.
- The price change was not announced in writing before the renewal date.
- A different explanation is given every year.
Questions to ask the provider
- By what rule is the renewal price set?
- How many days in advance do you announce price changes in writing?
- Can you send an itemised breakdown of the increase?
What to do about this type of complaint
Judge the price against a published price list and a written scope, not against a quote alone; have the renewal rule written into the contract and compare with the listed prices of providers on the e-Residency Marketplace. Pay by card where possible so that a dispute route stays open if the service is not delivered.
