Complaint
Global Estonia does not reply: payment mails same day, questions wait weeks
In the reported cases, quotes, IBANs and payment confirmations usually come the same day. Questions about documents and prices wait for weeks; even simple follow-up questions take a long time despite reminders. After payment the wait grows longer still. The reason given changes from one reply to the next. For a customer who knows Estonia’s statutory deadlines are running, the wait costs money.
This card describes a complaint type rather than one incident; details may vary from report to report.

How to recognise this situation
- Payment e-mails are answered fast; questions slowly or not at all.
- You have to ask the same question several times.
- Replies address the general situation, not the question asked.
Questions to ask the provider
- What is your standard reply time for questions?
- Which channel should I use for urgent matters?
- By what date will you reply to this e-mail in writing?
What to do about this type of complaint
Ask for the name and direct e-mail of the person preparing the report; confirm every call in a dated message. If replies stop, send one written formal notice and make sure your company’s registry and tax access no longer sits with the provider.
