Complaint
Counter-claims instead of an explanation: licence reminders and talk of reporting
In the reported cases, when the customer asks about the price, the delay or the missing delivery, the reply is not an explanation but a counter-claim. The company reminds the customer that it is licensed, serves in Turkish and has set up many companies; it writes that the customer is in the wrong and will be reported to the authorities if necessary. The same script in every reported objection (summarised): we are licensed, the problem is yours, we will report if we have to. The customer who bought the service ends up as the one having to defend themselves.
This card describes a complaint type rather than one incident; details may vary from report to report.

How to recognise this situation
- Criticism is met with “we are licensed” or “we will notify the authorities” instead of an explanation.
- The discussion shifts from the question to the customer.
- No concrete solution is offered.
Questions to ask the provider
- What concrete solution do you propose on the issue I raised?
- Who gives this answer on behalf of the company?
- Which document do I need to send, and by when, to resolve this?
What to do about this type of complaint
Reporting or sanction talk raised during a fee negotiation is not a legal step but a means of pressure; keep the correspondence and answer with a calm, short notice. If your records are in order there is nothing to do; the real routes are a payment-channel dispute and, if needed, the payment order procedure.
