Accounting is compulsory to get the address: per the provider’s website accounting is “required of every client”, from Quintum OÜ
On the provider’s website (globalestonia.com, 13 Sep 2026) the services table says accounting is “required of every client, provided by Quintum OÜ”; the address and contact-person package comes from JusTrust OÜ and is “non-refundable once the annual term commences”. A customer who only wants an address and a contact person must therefore also buy accounting from the same network, in a package whose price is not published. Quintum OÜ, which is to provide the accounting, shows its own 2025 annual report as “not submitted” in the register. (Opinion: tying the licensed company’s service to accounting from an unlicensed company that has not filed its own report keeps the customer through the package, not through the service.)

How to verify it yourself
- Read the services and fee table on the provider’s website and see whether accounting is marked as “required”.
- Check whether an amount for the accounting fee is given.
- Open the accounting company’s entry on ariregister.
Questions to ask the provider
- Can I buy only the address and contact-person service?
- What are the written prices of the compulsory accounting packages?
- If I take accounting from another provider, does the address service continue?
What to do about this type of complaint
Before paying in advance, ask for scope, term, refund and termination terms in one written document; invoices and e-mails are not a contract. Know that you can change the contact person and legal address in the register yourself when needed; get the exit plan in writing at the start.
