Complaint
Ghosted after paying: the last e-mails are never answered
In the reported cases the company writes often before payment; after payment the tempo changes: first delays, then one-line replies, finally silence. The customer’s last e-mails with explanations and documents stay unanswered for months; reminders get no response either. Anyone paying these companies should keep this in mind: in the reported cases, the frequency of e-mails changed markedly between before and after payment and at some point stopped altogether; a recurring pattern.
This card describes a complaint type rather than one incident; details may vary from report to report.

How to recognise this situation
- After payment, e-mails are first answered late, then not at all.
- You cannot reach anyone by phone or message either.
- The issue in your last message stays open.
Questions to ask the provider
- By what date will you answer this e-mail?
- If I cannot reach the person handling my account, whom should I write to?
- Will you continue the service; if not, when will you hand over my documents?
What to do about this type of complaint
Ask for the name and direct e-mail of the person preparing the report; confirm every call in a dated message. If replies stop, send one written formal notice and make sure your company’s registry and tax access no longer sits with the provider.
