Complaint
Global Estonia prices are high: far above listed providers for the same scope
In the reported cases the annual amount asked for contact person, legal address and basic accounting is markedly above the published prices of providers listed on the e-Residency Marketplace. The gap widens at renewal: with no published accounting tariff, the customer can only compare after paying the first year, and by then chooses to stay because of switching costs and registry dependence. Asked what the fee is based on, the answer is a general “that is the market” rather than an itemised breakdown. (Opinion: a high price alone would not be a complaint; a high price for a service with unclear scope, no written contract and a yearly increase makes the question of what the money buys louder.)
This card describes a complaint type rather than one incident; details may vary from report to report.

How to recognise this situation
- Packages listed on the e-Residency Marketplace for the same scope are markedly cheaper.
- The annual amount does not list which services it covers.
- The fee is justified with a general answer such as “that is the market”.
Questions to ask the provider
- Which services are included in the annual fee, and which are not?
- For how many transactions and returns did you calculate this amount?
- Do you have a package with a narrower scope?
What to do about this type of complaint
Judge the price against a published price list and a written scope, not against a quote alone; have the renewal rule written into the contract and compare with the listed prices of providers on the e-Residency Marketplace. Pay by card where possible so that a dispute route stays open if the service is not delivered.
