Global Estonia pricing: a different price for the same service every year

Pricing and fee complaints reported about Global Estonia: how quotes are formed, what is added to invoices and what changes at renewal.
Each card describes a complaint type; details, the evidence line and what to do are on the card’s own page.

Most complaints of this type are less about the price itself than about how the price is formed. The provider’s website publishes the formation fee (€ 310) and the address and contact-person package (€ 200 a year); accounting, although “required of every client”, has no published amount and is set “on the selected package”. In the reported cases the gap opens exactly there: the quote is a single figure with unclear VAT and scope, the invoice comes in above the quote, renewal costs more for the same service, and leaving brings an extra fee. For comparison, providers listed on the e-Residency Marketplace publish their monthly package prices openly. (Opinion: where the price is not in writing, the customer only learns what the payment covers once the invoice arrives.)

Judge the price against a published price list and a written scope, not against a quote alone; have the renewal rule written into the contract and compare with the listed prices of providers on the e-Residency Marketplace. Pay by card where possible so that a dispute route stays open if the service is not delivered.

The provider’s website (September 2026) publishes no amount for accounting; the fee is set “on the selected package”. What is published is the formation fee (€ 310) and the address and contact-person package (€ 200 a year). Ask for the accounting quote in writing and itemised.
In the reported cases the increase is not justified in writing and there is no contract with a price-change rule. Ask for a breakdown of the increase before renewal; without a rule you do not have to accept the new price.
Write down the same scope (address, contact person, accounting, annual report, returns) and compare it with the published packages of providers listed on the e-Residency Marketplace. Ask about transaction limits and fees for extra work too.
