Complaint
Arbitrary pricing: no published accounting tariff, quotes depend on the person and the day
In the reported cases different amounts are quoted for the same service to different customers, and to the same customer at different times. There is no published tariff for accounting: the provider’s website (September 2026) lists only the formation fee and the address/contact-person package, accounting is “on the selected package” and no package amounts are given; the quote is formed in that day’s correspondence and does not say what is included. When asked how the price is calculated, the answer is general phrases rather than an itemised explanation. The customer cannot compare and has no basis for objecting. (Opinion: with a provider that has no published tariff, the price is the result of bargaining, not of the service; that is not a professional way of working.)
This card describes a complaint type rather than one incident; details may vary from report to report.

How to recognise this situation
- Neither the website nor the quote shows a tariff for the accounting service.
- Different amounts are quoted for the same service at different times.
- Asked how the price is calculated, you get general statements, not figures.
Questions to ask the provider
- Can you send the written price list of your accounting packages?
- On what number of transactions and which returns is this quote based?
- How long is the quote valid?
What to do about this type of complaint
Judge the price against a published price list and a written scope, not against a quote alone; have the renewal rule written into the contract and compare with the listed prices of providers on the e-Residency Marketplace. Pay by card where possible so that a dispute route stays open if the service is not delivered.
