Complaint
JusTrust, Companify, Sazara, Quintum OÜ: a different account every year
In the reported cases the invoice for the same service came from a different company from period to period: JusTrust OÜ or Companify OÜ for the contact person, Sazara OÜ or Quintum OÜ for accounting. A different IBAN and company name from period to period, the same person. Five of the same person’s nine companies have € 1 in share capital; the invoicing Companify and Quintum OÜ are among them. For the customer this means: no counterparty to the contract, the company you would ask for a refund “no longer provides that service”, and no clarity about which legal entity to pursue. (Opinion: being asked to pay changing accounts for the same service is by itself a reason for suspicion; do not pay without asking why.)
This card describes a complaint type rather than one incident; details may vary from report to report.

How to recognise this situation
- At renewal, a different company issues the invoice.
- The payment account (IBAN) differs from last year.
- The reason for the change is not explained in writing.
Questions to ask the provider
- Which company issues this invoice, and is it the contracting party for the service?
- Why did the payment account change; will you confirm it in an official letter?
- Who handles what remains with the previous company?
What to do about this type of complaint
Before paying in advance, ask for scope, term, refund and termination terms in one written document; invoices and e-mails are not a contract. Know that you can change the contact person and legal address in the register yourself when needed; get the exit plan in writing at the start.
